As a “dream” guest, you unlock a wealth of rewards simply by signing up and engaging positively with properties. Assuming a host rewards you on the DreamGuest platform, you can use the reward to either choose from a selection of gift cards or donate to any of the listed charities partnered with DreamGuest. DreamGuest has no control over whether or not a host rewards you on or off the platform, but we expect most will choose to remain on the platform. However, only rewards given on the platform will be included in qualified rewards leading to your DreamGuest Reward Bonuses. The rewards, if given at all, are up to the discretion of the hosts.
Once you sign up for DreamGuest, you build toward bonuses that come directly from DreamGuest. After you receive 4 qualified rewards from hosts, meaning rewards given by hosts on the DreamGuest platform, you receive a DreamGuest Reward Bonus of variable amount. It’s our way of saying thanks!
It’s really up to the host to determine if a guest deserves a reward, but some things that might come into play here are respectful communications, not annoying the neighbors, not damaging the property, following the posted rules, etc. With regard to the reward itself, that’s really up to the host. If they’re having a boom year, they might be more generous than in a lean year.
