As a “dream” guest, you unlock a wealth of rewards and incentives simply by signing up and engaging positively with properties. These rewards can include exclusive discounts, complimentary upgrades, special amenities, and other personalized perks designed to enhance your overall experience. The rewards and incentives are up to the discretion of the host. Meaning, they get to determine how they reward you.
Absolutely! We believe that each and every guest deserves a 5-star rating from the start.
While our default approach is to provide a 5-star rating, a downgrade may occur if a guest’s behavior or actions are in violation of property policies, disrupt the experience of other guests, or cause damage to the property, for example. Such instances would be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and our platform helps properties in identifying any patterns or concerns. The downgrade rating comes from the property owner themselves, not DreamGuest.
DreamGuest ratings are applicable to a wide range of properties, including short-term rentals, long-term rentals, hotels, campgrounds and RV parks, and more.
